At Sinotech, our success is in the main due to our extensive expertise in metal forming and in supply chain management. All our supply partners are rigorously assessed term of both technical ability and ethical manufacturing, before being admitted to our supply partner’s panel. In addition we carry out regular re-assessment to ensure full compliance to our requirements.

There is no additional cost above the component and possible tooling price that we quote.

Whilst all our supply partner have undergo a rigorous screening process to ensure that all our requirements are met, if a customer wishes to carry out its own independent supplier audit this can be arranged in conjunction with a Sinotech representative.

In accordance with our rigorous assessment criteria, we insist on full compliance in terms of Quality Accreditations, Health and Safety compliance, Environmental compliance and financial stability.

Reduction of supplier base

By grouping a number of components manufactured using varying processes, with Sinotech we can greatly assist in reducing your number of suppliers whilst ensuring on time delivery and 100% Quality Compliance from stocks held in our warehouses.

Greater Purchasing Power

As we are in the main a significant customer for our supply partners, buying multiple components for a variety of customers, we are usually able to negotiate more competitive prices than our customers can achieve by going direct.

Local Contacts

We are your local supplier in your home market, whilst our Sinotech people in Asia represent you at the factory eliminating most communication issues.

From our initial contact we work with you to determine your precise requirements in terms of specifications, quantities and required lead time. This form the basis of our supply brief. We obtain the most competitive offer from our partner and use this as the basis for our supply proposal to you.

In the event that we are successful, we initiate the production of samples with associated quality documentation. Once you grant your approval we would them move to the supply phase ensuring a seamless transition from the development phase to the production and delivery phase.

Typically 2 to 3 months from order. Occasionally less, but rarely more. Production is usually 30-45 days, and shipping is typically 5 weeks.

Whilst it is generally assumed that you have to buy in Full Container Loads (FCL), generally orders are less. Shipping from our Asian factories in many cases on a two weekly basis we are able to consolidate various customers product thus optimizing on the transport costs.

We can quote in whatever is your local currency £, $, € . If currency fluctuations are a concern we can agree a variation mechanism which is fair for both parties..

Sinotech operate a 5 line Quality process.

1. With our partners we perform APQP at an early stage in each project.
2. Our partner factory must fully understand and implement our product & process quality requirements.
3. Our team includes Quality Professionals who perform patrol inspection in our factories. In addition we perform final inspection checks before the goods are packed.
4. We have 3rd party inspectors who perform final audit checks on the packed goods prior to dispatch from Asia.
5. Finally once the goods arrive in our customers market we can perform an audit check prior to delivery.
